• The Benelux Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any cancellations on the Intern’s or Employer’s side;
• Only companies who are lawfully registered in the People’s Republic of China are eligible for this service;
• The Benelux Chamber of Commerce is in no means responsible for the management of the Intern;
• Any dispute regarding the labour contract between the Employer and the Intern is to be solved between these 2 parties.
• Participating in the “Benelux China Bootcamp Day” is a complimentary service.
• If the Intern has been refused by the Ministry of Human Resources and Public Safety Bureau, all payments shall be voided/returned.
