The program is for:
• Students and fresh graduates from all countries.
• Young professionals who want to gain international work experience and discover life and business in China.

• A guaranteed internship in a field that matches your interests (like marketing, tech, finance, or hospitality).
• Support with housing, visa, and travel before and during your stay.
• Chinese language classes and cultural activities to help you settle in and enjoy China.
• Access to networking events and activities with the Benelux business community in Shanghai.

1. Online Application

Start by filling out the application form before the deadline (more information on “Programs”) on our website: https://crm.intern2china.org.

You’ll need to include the following materials:
• Your professional CV
• A signed Internship Support Agreement (ISA)
• A Letter of Motivation, answering the following questions (max. 150 words per question):
– Why are you interested in the Intern2China program?
– What experience or skills do you have that can contribute to this program?
– What are your future career goals, and how does this internship fit in?
• Proof of your student status (if applicable)
• Proof of payment for the Internship Support Fee (Internship Support Agreement)

2. Intake Call

The Benelux Chamber of Commerce shall reach out to you once your application form has been received on our CRM system and shall hold an intake call. You’ll have a short interview with someone from the BenCham team to discuss your goals and expectations regarding your internship journey.

3. Internship Matching

We’ll connect you with a company that fits your profile and career interests. If there is a match, you’ll sign an independent internship agreement with the employer.

4. Preparation

BenCham will help you step-by-step regarding booking flights and applying for the visa.

5. Start in China

Begin your internship in Shanghai, join BenCham events, and enjoy a full cultural and professional experience!
